Editing automated sales messages

The 12handz platform sends automated notification messages - emails and/or SMS text messages - as reminders that certain actions are still waiting to be completed, such as:

  • A customer sends you an estimate that you have not yet replied to
  • Your customer will receive a notification if they have not responded to:
    • An estimate
    • An invoice
    • A receipt
    • A request for payment
All of the above notification messages can be edited and customized to your preferences.

To edit an automated sales message

  1. Go to Settings > Sales messages
  2. Choose which sales message you'd like to edit
  3. Click Edit 
  4. Change the message(s) content as desired
  5. Click Update
