Mark no-shows

Mark scheduled appointments as “no-shows” in cases where the client never showed up. If the client ends up showing up after all, you can turn the “no-show” back into a regular appointment again.

Marking no-shows

  1. Go to Calendar
  2. Choose the appointment to mark as no-show
  3. Click Mark as no-show
  4. Click Confirm

Undoing no-shows

  1. Go to Calendar
  2. Choose the appointment to undo the no-show
  3. Click Undo no-show
