Save time and information by importing your existing customers' information into the system from a CSV file.
Import customer details
- Go to My business > Clients
- In the top right corner, click More Actions > Import contacts
- Click From CSV file > Next
- Download the CSV template
- Fill in your contacts details according to the template you downloaded
- Upload your CSV file
- Make sure that the file columns are mapped out correctly
- Click Continue
- Your contacts are being imported and we will notify you via email when the import is complete
It’s important to use the template’s format, leaving the fields you don’t have or wish to use blank, and save as CSV file before uploading.
