Assigning a task to a contact

Follow up with your contacts by assigning different tasks to contacts you own.

Assing a task to a contact

  1. Go to My business > Contacts
  2. Select the customers you want to assign a task to
  3. Go to Overview and click on Add a task
  4. Give the task a name (short description)
  5. Set a date & time for the task to be done and click Set date


Complete a task

1. To mark a task as completed, click on the check box on the left of the task name.



2. You can access the completed tasks by changing the task status from To-do to Done.
